摘要
针对网络信息资源评价指标信息差异和评价专家决策态度犹豫的问题,文章提出了一种考虑评价指标集有差异且权重未知的犹豫模糊软集评价方法。首先根据不同评价专家考虑不同的评价指标维度,通过引入犹豫模糊熵来确定评价指标的权重,然后寻找最优犹豫模糊软集和最劣犹豫模糊软集,求出方案的相对贴近度,并进行方案排序。最后,通过一个案例验证了该方法的可行性和合理性。
In view of the problems for the information differences of network information resources evaluation index and the decision-making hesitant attitude of evaluation experts,this paper puts forward a fuzzy soft set evaluation method with the consideration of differences and unknown weights of evaluation index. Firstly,based on the different evaluation index dimension of different evaluation expert,the paper defines the weights of evaluation index by introducing fuzzy entropy. Then,the paper finds out the best hesitant fuzzy soft set and the worst hesitant fuzzy soft set to solve the relative closeness degree of scheme and ranks the scheme. Finally,the paper validates the effectiveness and feasibility of the method through an experiment.
