信任和信息对称性对知识流动效果的影响——以知识共享意愿为中介的实证研究

Impact of Trust and Information Symmetry on Knowledge Flow Effects

文章基于来自江苏省高校教师的调查,构建了信任、信息对称性通过知识共享意愿影响知识流动效果的中介效应模型。研究发现,信任、信息对称性对知识来源方的知识共享意愿具有显著正向影响,同时这三者对知识流动效果具有显著正向影响,并且通过bootstrap再抽样技术,发现知识共享意愿在信任、信息对称性与知识流动效果之间时具有显著的中介作用。

Based on the survey of universities teachers in Jiangsu Province,this paper constructs a mediating effect model on how trust and information symmetry can improve knowledge flow effects through knowledge sharing intention. The paper finds that trust and information symmetry have a positive impact on the knowledge sharing intentions. Meanwhile,trust,information symmetry and the knowledge sharing intentions have a positive impact on the knowledge flow effects. Moreover,through the re-sampling technique,the knowledge sharing intentions play a significant mediating role in the process among trust,information symmetry and knowledge flow effects.
