The Construction and Empirical Study of 3D Patent Portfolio Analysis Model

[目的/意义]为了改进传统技术层面专利组合分析模型的不足,使其更加科学有效。[方法/过程]在传统技术层面专利组合分析模型的基础上,构建了三维专利组合分析模型,并以某生物制药企业为例进行实证研究。[结果/结论]研究结果表明,三维专利组合分析模型能够将技术生命周期、平均技术吸引力、相对技术份额以及研发重点四项专利技术指标进行组合,弥补了传统技术层面专利组合分析模型的不足,可以更加全面地进行企业技术评价。[局限]在实证研究部分,对技术生命周期的判定偏于定性。

[Purpose / significance] The purpose of this paper is to improve the shortcomings of the patent portfolio analysis model in the level of the traditional technique,and make it more scientific and effective. [Method / Process] The paper constructs a 3D patent portfolio analysis model,and sets a domestic biopharmaceutical company as an example to construct empirical researches. [Result / Conclusion] Research results show that the 3D patent portfolio analysis model can make up for the deficiency of the patent portfolio analysis model in the level of the traditional technique,and evaluate the enterprise technology more totally. [Limitations] In the part of empirical research,the judge of the technology life cycle is partial to be qualitative.
