摘要
生物制造特别是以氨基酸及其衍生物出发的生物制造是解决未来资源和能源问题的一个突破口。从大宗氨基酸菌种选育,氨基酸衍生产品开发及氨基酸生产过程集成三个方面综述了目前的一些发展状况,并对生物制造行业的未来作了展望。
Biological manufacturing, especially the production of amino acids and their derivatives, is a breakthrough to solve the problem of shortage of energy and resources and an efficient way to provide renewable energy. In this paper, we reviewed the development status of breeding of amino acid producing strain, the development of amino acid derivatives and the integration of amino acid production process. Finally, a positive outlook for biological manufacturing industry was given.
