补益肝肾法治疗肝肾不足型类风湿关节炎临床观察

The clinical curative effect observation of Tonifying method to the liver and kidney in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

目的:观察补益肝肾法治疗肝肾不足型类风湿性关节炎疗效。方法:将40例类风湿关节炎肝肾不足证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,治疗组给予补益肝肾协定方加减治疗,对照组给予益肾蠲痹丸,治疗2个月后进行总体疗效、肝肾不足证候积分、临床症状体征、实验室指标评价。结果:2组均有较好疗效且治疗组疗效优于对照组,2组临床症状体征、实验室指标以及肝肾不足证候积分均有明显改善,治疗组晨僵改善较对照组明显。结论:补益肝肾法能改善类风湿关节炎肝肾不足的病情。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Tonifying method to the liver and kidney in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney. Methods： 40 patients with rheumatoid arthritis and deficiency of liver and kidney were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. There are 20 patients in each group, the treatment group was given agreement decoction tonifying the liver and kidney, the control group was given Yishen Juanbi pill, the course of treatment is 2 months, and then observation is conducted in the changes in syndrome score on the defi- ciency of liver and kidney, clinical symptoms and signs, as well as laboratory evaluation. Results： The patients in the treat- ment group and the control group showed marked progress and the patients in the treatment group showed more progress than the patients in the control group. In clinical symptoms and signs, laboratory index, syndrome score on deficiency of liver and kidney, the patients in two groups both showed marked improvement. In morning stiffness, the patients in treat- ment group showed larger improvements than those in the control group. Conclusion： The method of Tonifying the liver and kidney can alleviate the symptoms and improve the disease in rheumatoid arthritis with deficiency of liver and kidney.
