辛味通玄对糖尿病肾病24h尿微量白蛋白及超敏C反应蛋白的影响

Effect of Xinwei Tongxuan on high-sensitivity C-reavtive protein and 24h of Urine microalbumin with diabetic nephropathy

目的:探讨辛味通玄对糖尿病肾病患者24h尿微量白蛋白及超敏CRP的影响。方法:将82例随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组常规治疗及培哚普利治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用辛味通玄药糖肾宁胶囊以开通玄府。治疗24周,治疗前后测定血中超敏CRP及24h尿微量白蛋白水平。结果:治疗后2组血中超敏CRP及24h尿微量白蛋白水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规及口服培哚普利的基础上加服辛味通玄药糖肾宁胶囊可明显降低血中超敏CRP及24h尿微量白蛋白水平。

Objective： To investigate the effect of Xinwei Tongxuan on High-sensitivity C-reavtive Protein and 24h of Urine Micro-albumin with Diabetic nephropathy. Method： 82 Diabetic nephropathy were divided into treatment group with 42 case control group with 40 case. Two groups groups were given conventional treatment and perindo-pril treatment for 24weeks, in the same time the treatment group were given Tang Shenning capsule for Xinwei Tongxuan therapy. The clinical curative effect and Hs-CRP, 24h of Urine Micro-albumin were observed. Result： Hs-CRP and 24h of Urine Micro-albumin were decreased in Tang Shenning capsule group After treatment（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： on the basis of conventional treatment and perindopril treatment, given Tangshenning capsule can decrease Hs-CRP and 24h of Urine Micro-albumin level.
