摘要
目的:通过对不同体质健康运动员行运动心肺功能试验,分析阳虚体质人群运动心肺功能试验结果与非阳虚体质人群的差别,从而作为阳虚体质的诊断依据。方法:以逐级负荷踏车试验对阳虚体质人群(阳虚体质组)21例和非阳虚体质人群(非阳虚体质组)21例行运动心肺功能试验检测,并对最大摄氧量、氧脉搏、最大心率、最大通气量等指标行统计分析。结果:与非阳虚体质组比较,阳虚体质组的最大摄氧量、氧脉搏、最大通气量较低,最大心率较高,差异有统计学意义。结论:阳虚体质运动员心肺功能较非阳虚体质运动员弱,结果可为运动员阳虚体质的诊断提供有力的现代医学理论依据,同时也有利于根据运动员的体质安排其更为适宜的运动训练项目。
ABSTRACT Objective: Based on different physical constitution healthy athletes do cardiopulmonary exercise test, analysis of Yang deficiency constitution people cardiopulmonary exercise test results and the difference of non Yang deficiency constitution, thus the diagnosis of Yang deficiency constitution as the basis.Methods: To step by step load treadmill test of Yang deficiency constitution(Yang deficiency constitution group) people 25 cases and non Yang defi- ciency constitution (group of non Yang deficiency constitution) the crowd of 44 do cardiopulmonary exercise test, and such as the VO2max, VO2max/HR, HRmax, VEmax indicators do statistical analysis.Results: Compared with group of non Yang deficiency constitution, Yang deficiency constitution group of VO2max, VO2max/HR, VEmax is lower, HRmax is higher, the difference is significant. Conclusion: Yang deficiency constitution group of VO2max, VO2max/HR, VEmax is lower than the group of non Yang deficiency constitution, and HRmax is higher than the group of non Yang deficiency constitution, Indicating that Yang deficiency constitution athletes weaker than non Yang deficiency constitution in car-diopulmonary function The results can provide a powerful modern medical theory basis for the diagnosis of Yang defi- ciency constitution of athletes, but also help to arrange the sports training program according to the athlete' s physique.
