摘要
目的探讨能级进阶培训模式在儿科病房护士继续教育中的应用及其效果。方法构建儿科护士能级进阶培训模式,按N0、N1、N2、N3不同的个人发展进阶等级对24名护士实施培训,对改进培训模式前后护士的理论及操作考核成绩、护理质量控制检查评分进行比较。结果改进培训模式后护士的理论考核成绩、操作考核成绩、护理质量高于培训前。结论采用能级进阶培训模式能提高护士综合素质,满足护理人员知识需求,促进护理队伍建设,提高了护理质量。
Objective To evaluate the effects of clinical ladder training mode in the continuing education for pediatric nurses. Methods A clinical ladder training program for pediatric nurses was built up and 24 pediatric nurses were trained according to clinical ladders in N0,N1,N2 and N3 level. Nurses' performance in theory exam and skill test and quality control score were compared before and after the implementation of clinical ladder train-ing. Results After the implementation of clinical ladder training,nurses' performance in theory exam,skill test and quality control score were significantly higher than before(P〈0.05). Conclusion Clinical ladder training mode can improve nurses' comprehensive quality and meet nurses' knowledge demands,promote the development of nursing team,and improve the quality of nursing care.
