摘要 以实用方剂与中成药课程为例,研究翻转课堂在高职教学中的探索和实践,并结合本院学生的特点及学院的基本情况,提出了基于翻转课堂的"两段-六步学习法":两段即课前和课中;六步即一看二做三交流,四测五结六反馈。并比较翻转课堂与传统教学在教学效果及学生素质培养方面存在的差异,力求探索高素质技能人才的有效培养途径。 Taking Practical Prescription and Proprietary Chinese Medicine for example, we studied the exploration and practice of higher vocational teaching mode based on " flipped classroom". Combining with the characteristics of our college students and the basic situation of our college, two stages and six steps of learning was put forward. Two stages: one stage is before the class, and the other is in the class. Six steps are seeing, doing, communication, testing, conclusion, and feedback. The flipped classroom and tradi-tional classroom was compared in the aspects of teaching and the cultivation of students' quality to explore effective cultivating highquality skilled personnel.
