中医男科临床实习中SP结合TBL教学法的应用探讨 被引量:6

摘要 中医学临床实践有其特殊性,如何实现在临床实践过程中将中医院校学生的课堂知识向临床技能的转化,不断提高运用中医临床思维解决临床问题的能力,需要不断进行探索。结合临床实际,我们对应用标准化病人(Standard Patient,SP)结合以团队为基础的教学法(Team Based Learning,,TBL)构建中医男科临床实习的教学模式进行探讨,分析其教学特点,总结其带教方法及教学意义,为今后在中医各科临床实习教学过程中大力实践和推广提供参考。 The clinical practice of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has its particularity, how to realize the transformation of the students' knowledge to clinical skills in the process of clinical practice, and constantly improve the ability of using TCM clinical thinking to solve the clinical problems need to explore unceasingly. In combination with clinical practice, we explored the SP(Stan-dard Patient) combined with TBL(Team Based Learning) teaching method to construct the clinical practice of andrology of TCM,analyzed the characteristics of teaching, and summarized the teaching methods and teaching significance for the various branches of TCM clinical practice teaching process to provide reference for practice and popularization in the future.
