As a public basic course, the Microbiology and Immunology is of great importance on cultivating modern professional tal-ents in medical colleages. The drawbacks of traditional teaching modes are increasing, which are based on teaching. In order to arouse the students＇ studying enthusiasm as well as activeness, we should reform the content of theories and experiments, including teaching methods, which can also cultivat their innovation ability. Building a student-centered new teaching system has become an inevitable trend.
