中西医临床医学专业实习管理考核体系的构建与对策

Construction and Countermeasures of Practice Management and Examination System in Traditional Chinese Integrated with Western Clinical Medicine Major

以广州医科大学中西医临床医学为视点,对专业历年毕业考核和实习准入考核成绩数据进行分析,总结学生培养过程中存在的问题。针对实习管理教学中存在的不足之处,提出构建以"提高中医思维"为导向的实习管理及毕业考核体系的对策。具体举措包括:1)建立实习准入考核制度;2)培养中医思辨能力,优化实习教学工作设置;3)深化中医人文素养教学;4)构筑有效的反馈机制,完善毕业管理考核体系。

This paper put forward the viewpoint on the major of Traditional Chinese integra ted with Western Clinical Medicine in Guangzhou Medical University, analyzed the data of graduation examination and practice-access examination during recent years, and summarized the problems in practical teaching process. Base on these problems; propose the strategy of establishing a practical man-agement graduation examination system was put forward. The measures are as follows： establishing the regulation of practice-access examination; training the ability of analyzing about TCM; optimizing the work in medical practice; deepening the humanities teaching about TCM; Building effective feedback system; Improving the system of graduate management and graduation examination.
