模拟医学在中医院校诊断学实训中心建设中的实践与发展

The Development and Practice of Simulative Medicine in the Establishment of Training Center of Diagnostics in College of Traditional Chinese Medicine

针对现今中医院校诊断学实训教学中所面临的教学资源不足、医患矛盾突出、学生热情不高等一系列问题,建立诊断学实训中心,并将模拟医学运用于诊断学实训教学中,一定程度上缓解了教学资源不足的矛盾,降低了医疗风险,使学生提高了临床技能、积累了操作经验、熟悉了诊疗过程,教学上取得了满意的效果。

To solve a series of problems such as the insufficiency of teaching resources, the doctor-patient contradiction and the lower of the students＇ enthusiasm existing in the teaching of medical diagnostics in college of traditional Chinese medicine, the training center of diagnostics was established, and simulative medicine was used in teaching. It has relieved the insufficiency of clinical teaching resources to some extent, reduced the medical risk, improved students＇ clinical skills, and achieved good results.
