八正散治疗经皮肾钬激光碎石后残留结石120例

Bazheng Powder in the Treatment of Residual Calculi of Percutaneous Renal Holmium Laser Lithotripsy for 120 Cases

目的探讨经皮肾钬激光碎石后残留结石患者采用八正散加减治疗的临床效果。方法选取本院2010年5月—2014年12月收治的肾结石患者120例,随机分为对照组与治疗组各60例,2组患者均给予经皮肾钬激光碎石治疗,治疗组患者在碎石术后再行八正散加减治疗。结果治疗组患者的平均结石排净时间为(5.1±1.2)d,临床总有效率为98.3%,明显好于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经皮肾钬激光碎石术后采用八正散加减治疗可有效缩短结石排净时间,提高肾结石患者临床疗效。

Objective To study the clinical effect of Bazheng powder in the treatment of residual calculi of percutaneous renal holmi-um laser lithotripsy. Methods In our hospital from May 2010 to December 2014, 120 cases of patients with renal stones were ran-domly divided into control group and treatment group, and each group had 60 cases. The two groups of patients were performed per-cutaneous renal holmium laser lithotripsy treatment. The treatment group patients also used Bazheng powder. Results The average stone time of the treatment group was（5.1±1.2） d, the clinical total effective rate of the treatment group was 98.3 %, which were significantly better than those of the control group, and differences had statistical significance（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Bazheng powder in the treatment of residual calculi of percutaneous renal holmium laser lithotripsy can effectively shorten the time, and improve the clinical curative effect.
