中西医结合治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛的疗效

Effect of Therapy of Integrated Medicine in the Treatment of Postoperative Headache of Waist Hard with Anesthesia

目的探析中西医结合治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛的临床效果。方法选择2014年3月—12月收治的腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛患者70例为研究对象,根据数字随机法将其分为两组,其中给予对照组常规西医治疗,而观察组在此基础上,再给予中医联合治疗,对两组临床疗效进行对比。结果观察组的临床疗效明显高于对照组,比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上运用中西医结合治疗腰硬联合麻醉术后头痛,能够使患者的头痛程度得到有效缓解,并且不容易发生毒副反应,是比较有效和安全的一种治疗方案,值得进一步应用和推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of postoperative headache of waist hard with anesthesia. Methods From March 2014 to December 2014, 70 cases in our hospital during the period of waist hard joint anaesthesia headache patients were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment. The observation group was given therapy of TCM on the basis of the control group. The clinical effect was compared. Results The clinical effect of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical use of therapy of integrated medicine in the treat-ment of postoperative headache of waist hard with anesthesia can help to effectively alleviate the degree of headache patients, and ad-verse reaction is not easy to occur. It is an effective and safe therapy, and is worthy of further application and popularization.
