摘要
目的观察火针结合温针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效。方法将68例患者按随机数字表法随机分为观察组34例和对照组34例。两组选穴、留针时间、疗程相同,观察组行火针结合温针灸治疗,对照组单纯行针刺治疗。结果治疗后两组疗效比较,总有效率有明显差异(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。结论火针结合温针灸治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效满意,值得进一步研究和推广。
Objective To observe the clinically curative effect o f fire needling combined with warm needling moxibustion on lateral epicondylitis. Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table as follows： a observation group with 34 cases and a control group with 34 cases. The selected point, needle retention time and period of treatment were the same. The observation group received fire needling combined with warm needling moxibustion. The control group was treated with acupuncture. Results There were statistically significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0.05） after treatment, and the observation group was better than the control group. Conclusion The effect of fire needling combined with warm needling moxibustion on lateral epicondylitis is satisfied, and it is worthy of further research and popularization.
