辨证施护在血循毒类蛇咬伤救治中的应用

The Application of Syndrome Differentiation Nursing in the Treatment of Blood Circulation of Poisonous Snake Bite

目的针对血循毒类蛇伤火毒炽盛的证候特点,采用相关的中医护理和治疗方法,观察通过辨证施护对血循毒类蛇伤的临床疗效。方法将诊断明确的火毒证型血循毒类蛇咬伤患者随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组在对照组护理方法的基础上实施辨证施护,观察中医辨证护理在毒蛇咬伤救治中的优势。结果观察组通过实施中医辨证护理,治愈率达54.3%,总有效率达98.1%,在证候疗效上明显优于对照组,并具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论通过对血循毒类蛇伤患者辨证施护,提高毒蛇咬伤患者的治愈率,有效降低患者并发症的发生。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of syndrome differentiation nursing in the treatment of blood circulation of poisonous snake bite for the syndromes characteristic of blood cycle poison snakes poison flaming fire injury by using the related nursing and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine method. Methods Patients who were diagnosed definitely following type fire poison the blood poison snakes bite were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group used syn-drome differentiation nursing on the basis of the control group. The traditional Chinese medicine nursing advantages in snakebite treatment were observed. Results Through the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing, the cure rate of the observa-tion group was 54.3%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 98.1%, and the syndrome curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The syndrome differentiation nursing in the treatment of blood circulation of poisonous snake bite can improve the cure rate, and effectively reduce the complications.
