参苓白术散联合理中汤治疗慢性功能性腹泻45例

Shenling Baizhu Powder combined with Lizhong Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Functional Diarrhea for 45 Cases

目的分析参苓白术散联合理中汤对慢性功能性腹泻的治疗效果。方法将85例患者随机分为两组,常规西医治疗40例患儿作为对照组,参苓白术散联合理中汤治疗45例患儿作为治疗组。结果治疗组总有效率97.8%高于对照组总有效率77.5%,治疗后中医症候评分、不良反应发生率低于对照组,复发率4.4%较对照组复发率20%低,P<0.05。结论参苓白术散联合理中汤治疗慢性功能性腹泻效果显著。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic of Shenling Baizh u powder combined with Lizhong decoction in the treatment of chronic functional diarrhea. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group of 40 cases used con-ventional Western medicine. The treatment group of 45 cases used Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Lizhong decoction. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.8% which was higher than 97.8% of the control group. After treatment,the TCM symptom score and incidence of adverse reactions of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group. The re-currence rate of the treatment group was 4.4% which was lower than 20% of the control group P〈0.05. Conclusion Shenling Baizhu powder combined with Lizhong decoction in the treatment of chronic functional diarrhea has significant effect.
