摘要
目的建立以高效液相法测定盐酸小檗碱片含量的不确定度评定的方法。方法通过对各分量的分析,计算各分量的不确定度,最后计算出合成标准不确定度及扩展不确定度。结论本文所建立的方法可用于该制剂的不确定度的评定。
Objective＇To establish a method for the evaluation of the uncertainty in the content determination of berberine hydrochlo- ride by HPLC. Methods Each components of uncertainty was calculated by analyzing the various variable parameters among the procedures. The combined standard uncertainty and the expanded uncertainty were then finally obtained by synthesizing the uncer- tainties of various component variables. Conclusion The method of the evaluation of uncertainty measurement established in this paper is reasonable and reliable.
