车用LNG焊接绝热气瓶定期检验方法与建议

Method and Suggestion for the Regular Inspection of the LNG Welding Insulation Cylinder for Vehicle

本文通过对车用LNG焊接绝热气瓶定期检验,对发现的裂纹、螺纹损伤、泄漏等缺陷和问题进行原因初步分析,简要介绍了外观、焊缝、螺纹、附件的检查及气密性试验、静态蒸发率测量等项目和方法,提出定期检验过程中气瓶及附件需拆卸后检验、用氮气做气密性试验和不需漏率检测、气压试验、抽真空处理、真空度测量及加强气瓶制造质量控制、日常检查维护等建议。

Through the regular inspection of the LNG welding heat insulation cylinder for vehicle, this article preliminarily analyzes the reason of the defects such as the crack, the thread damage and the leakage etc., briefly introduces the items and methods for the inspection of appearance, weld, thread, accessories, air tightness test, static evaporation rate measurement etc.. Meanwhile it puts forward suggestions that the cylinder and the accessory after removal should be tested, the leakage rate test don＇t need to be take after air tightness test with nitrogen, and the air pressure test, the vacuum treatment, the vacuum measurement, daily inspection and maintenance, the cylinder manufacturing quality control are suggested to take.
