摘要
针对葫芦起重机主梁常见拼接方式进行了分析,比较三种方式的制造工艺,得出其适用场所要求。以16t葫芦起重机为例,借助有限元分析软件分别对三种连接方式建模,然后进行受力分析。通过比较主梁应力云图,得出最大受力位置,了解哪种连接方式最有利,为生产工作提供了数据参考。
This paper analyzes three common splicing manners of hoist crane beam, each is suitable for different using condition. Taking 16 t hoist crane as example, this paper builds simulation model with ANSYS, and computes stress. By comparing stress diagram, finding the largest stress point and optimum splicing, data reference for crane manufacture is finally provided.
