摘要
某纸业公司一台YG-240/9.8-M5型循环流化床锅炉在检修后的点火启动过程中,炉膛发生爆燃,导致锅炉部分部件损坏。本文通过对油枪、燃油、床料等因素的分析,找出此次炉膛爆燃的直接原因是点火床料中混进了燃料煤。据此提出相应的防范措施并建议在相关安全技术规范中对床料的添加方式提出具体要求。
A circulating fluidized bed boiler（YG-240/9.8-M5） of a certain paper company had a furnace deflagration during the process of ignition, some parts in the boiler had been broken. By analyzing oil gun, fuel, bed materials, etc, it finds out that the immediate cause of the accident is ignition bed materials interfused with coal, puts forward some preventive measures and proposes that some specific requirements about in-charging of bed materials should be put into related safety.
