摘要
在特种设备安全科技发展历程中,"八五"国家科技攻关课题发挥了树品牌、奠基业的关键作用[1],具有里程碑意义。本文以"八五"国家重点科技攻关课题"在役锅炉压力容器安全评估与爆炸预防技术研究"研究总结与评价报告[2]为基础,对课题的整体情况和取得的主要成果等做了概括性归纳,旨在记录历史,提供借鉴。
The Eighth Five national science and technology research project has played a key role of building brand and establishing heritage in the development process of special equipment safety technology. Based on the Eighth Five Key Issues ＂Safety Assessment and Explosion Prevetion Technology of the In-service Boiler Pressure Vessel＂, this article makes a general induction on the subject of the overall situation and the main achievement in order to record history and provide reference.
