摘要
高温受热面管内壁氧化皮剥落堵管造成的爆管问题是影响电站锅炉正常安全运行的主要因素之一。本文在简要介绍铁素体耐热钢和奥氏体不锈钢两种不同材质高温受热面管内壁氧化皮生成原理、结构形式及剥落特性的基础上,重点介绍了高频超声和磁技术检测两种高温受热面管内壁氧化皮检测方法的检测原理、系统组成、适用范围及使用特点,以期为现场检验检测提供参考。
The metal oxidation of boiler tubes becomes one of the main factors which affect the safe operation of the utility boiler. To provide references for the on-site inspection, this paper briefly introduced the generation, structure and exfoliation of oxide skin on the inner heating surface of boiler tubes with ferrite heat resistant steel and austenitic stainless steel, and then mainly introduced two important detection methods of oxide skin : high frequency ultrasound and magnetic technology, including their detection principles, system compositions, application scopes as well as the usage characters.
