猴头菌浸膏胃肠道生物黏附片制备工艺研究

Preparation and Study of Hericium erinaceur gastrointestinal bioadhesive tablets

目的:优化猴头菌浸膏胃肠道生物黏附片的处方和制备工艺。方法:采用湿法制粒压片法制备猴头菌浸膏胃肠道生物黏附片,通过单因素考察法和L9(34)正交试验法,以体外黏附力和体外释放度综合评分为考察指标,优选猴头菌浸膏胃肠道生物黏附片的处方和最佳制备工艺。结果:猴头菌浸膏胃肠道生物黏附片的处方组成为HPMCK100M7%,CP934P6%,乳糖20%,Si O20.5%润湿剂为75%乙醇溶液。体外黏附力100g-120g,体外释放度2h≥30%;12h≥80%,综合评分平均值:94.81。结论:猴头菌浸膏胃肠道生物黏附片制备工艺简便,稳定可行。

Optimization of Hericium erinaceur gastrointestinal bioadhesive tablets prescription and preparation process.Methods By wet granulation preparation of Hericium erinaceur gastrointestinal bioadhesive tablets Through the single factor investigation method of prescription sustained-release materials,adhesive material, filler, amount of silica determined factors and levels, L9（34） orthogonal experiment on in vitro adhesion and release degree comprehensive score as the indexes, preferably Hericium erinaceur gastrointestinal bioadhesive tablets prescription and the optimum preparation process.Result The prescription of extract of Hericium erinaceur gastrointestinal bioadhesive tablets is composed of 7%HPMCK100M, 6% CP934 p, 20% lactose and 0.5% Si O2, wetting agent for 75%ethanol solution in vitro adhesion 100g-120 g and release degree2 h ≥30%;12h ≥80%comprehensive average score ：94.81.Conclusion Hericium erinaceur gastrointestinal bioadhesive tablets preparation process is simple, stable and feasible.
