三七保健酒急性毒性实验研究

目的研究三七保健酒的急性毒性反应。方法小鼠灌胃前停食16小时,按三七保健酒(20倍浓缩液)20ml/kg体重灌胃容量灌胃,灌胃给药后自由进食饮水,观察并记录1周内动物的体重、中毒表现及死亡情况。结果各小鼠均未见明显症状,也无死亡,三七保健酒(20倍浓缩液)对雌雄小鼠经口MTD均大于20.0 ml/kg体重。结论三七保健酒无明显的急性毒性反应,属无毒级。
