大学生创新创业教育质量保障机制研究

Research of Quality Assurance Mechanisms on College Students' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

针对大学生创新创业教育存在"创新创业训练方向不明确""创新创业训练效果评价不科学"和"创新创业训练动力不足"等问题,以行为管理理论为依托,构建出包括"创新创业教育目标导向机制""创新创业教育过程校正机制""创新创业教育效果评价机制"和"创新创业教育行为动力机制"四种子机制的大学生创新创业教育质量保障机制。其内在机理对高校制定大学生创新创业教育管理制度具有借鉴意义。

Aiming at the problems of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education that the training orientation of innovation and entrepreneurship is not clear,the effect evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship is unscientific,the power of innovation and entrepreneurship is short,etc.and basing on behavior management theory,four sub-mechanisms for quality assurance mechanisms of college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education are constructed,including ＂innovation and entrepreneurship education goal-oriented mechanism＂,＂innovation and entrepreneurship education process correction mechanism＂,＂innovation and entrepreneurship education effect evaluation mechanism＂and ＂innovation and entrepreneurship education behavior motivation mechanism＂.The internal mechanism has reference significance for colleges and universities to formulate college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship education management system.
