绷带型角膜接触镜在治疗神经麻痹性角膜炎的疗效观察

Clinical application of bandage contact lens for neuroparalytic keratitis

目的探讨绷带式角膜接触镜在治疗神经麻痹性角膜炎的临床应用效果。方法回顾自2011年1月至2015年1月在治疗的神经麻痹性角膜炎患者29例(29眼),其中佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜联合药物治疗14例(14眼),单纯药物组15例(15眼)使用相同的药物治疗,分别评估治疗后7和14 d角膜炎愈合情况及并发症情况。结果佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜组第7天好转率64%,14天治愈率为64%,均显著高于药物组(P≤0.05)。在观察期间没有出现并发症。结论佩戴绷带式角膜接触镜可以促进角膜上皮的愈合,有效提高神经麻痹性角膜炎患者治愈率,提高患者生活质量,观察期间无并发症。

Objective To evaluate the clinical application effect of bandage contact lens on neuroparalytic keratitis. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 2 9 cases with neuroparalytic keratitis treated in our hospital from Janunary 2 0 1 1 to Janunary 2 0 1 5. 1 4 of 2 9 eyes wore bandage contact lens and dripped eye drops and 1 5 of 2 5 eyes were treated with the same eye drops as the bandage contact lens group. The improvement rate and the cure rate were evaluated after 7 and 1 4 days. Following-up was from 4 weeks to 3months. Results The improvement rate and the cure rate of the bandage contact lens group were significantly higher than that of the drug group（ P ≤0. 0 5） and there was no infection and complication. Conclusions The bandage contact lens can significantly promote the healing of corneal epithelia and cure effectively neuroparalytic keratitis.
