跨区电网中风电消纳影响因素分析及综合评估方法研究 被引量:77

摘要 目前我国风电并网容量位居世界第一。风电出力的波动性和间歇性使得大规模风电并网要求电力系统留有足够的备用和调峰电源,因此未来电网面临着风电消纳、接入方式及送出通道等方面的挑战。综合考虑网架约束、跨区电力交换以及系统调峰容量等因素,基于时序生产模拟方法,研究了跨区电网风电消纳能力分析模型以及评估方法,提出了提高跨区电网风电消纳能力的措施。最后,以某跨区电网为算例进行分析,验证了所提方法和措施的有效性。 At present, China has most integrated capacity of wind power in the world. Fluctuation and intermittence of large wind power output require more reserve and balancing capacity, bringing challenges of accommodation, integration options, sending out channel to the power system. This paper focuses on analysis on technical factors, taking network constraints, trans-provincial power exchange and balancing capacity into consideration. Accommodating model and calculating method are studied in depth based on time sequential production simulation. Countermeasures for improving integration capacity are presented. Finally, method and countermeasures are verified with a trans-provincial grid as example.
