摘要
针对大量分布式电源接入配电网带来的电压无功控制问题,提出配电网电压无功两级协调控制模式。该模式包括2个控制层级,其中,二级控制系统针对高压配电网优化,得出关口最优电压;一级控制系统针对中低压线路进行优化,实现无功的就地平衡。关口实现层级之间的信息交互,2个控制层级通过对关口电压和功率因数的不断修正实现系统的全局最优控制。最后,算例仿真结果验证了控制模式的可行性。
In order to solve voltage and reactive power control problem in distribution network containing large number of distributed generations, this paper proposes a two-level coordinated control mode in distribution network. The mode contains two control levels. Optimal voltage of boundary gateway is generated with secondary control system with high voltage distribution network optimization; and local reactive power balancing is achieved with primary control system with middle and low voltage distribution network optimization. Information interaction between the two control levels is realized with boundary gateway. The two control levels continuously correct voltage and power factor of boundary gateway to achieve global optimization. At last, case simulation is given to prove feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
