高龄原发性高血压患者动态血压特点与靶器官受损程度关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨高龄原发性高血压患者动态血压特点与靶器官受损程度之间的关系。方法选取150例2013年3月~2014年3月在我院住院治疗的高龄原发性高血压患者,其中男性患者86例,女性患者64例,将靶器官受损的92例患者设为观察组,将靶细胞未受损的58例患者设为对照组。分析所有患者的动态血压特点并进行对比。结果观察组的收缩压变异性、脉压、收缩压等指标大于对照组,P〈0.05。结论高龄原发性高血压患者脉压、收缩压值越高,说明靶器官越易受损伤。
