酪酸梭菌二联活菌散防治抗生素相关性腹泻疗效观察

Efficacy of Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Live Powders in prevention and treatment of infants with ADD

目的观察微生态制剂酪酸梭菌二联活菌散防治抗生素相关性腹泻(Antibiotic associated diarrhea,ADD)的疗效。方法将240例婴幼儿肺炎患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,备120例,均采用相同的抗生素治疗,治疗组在入院应用抗生素的同时即开始口服酪酸梭菌二联活菌散,出现腹泻后仍继续服用,并加服蒙脱石散。对照组出现腹泻后加服蒙脱石散。结果治疗组继发抗生素相关性腹泻25例(20.83%),对照组继发腹泻51例(42.50%),差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。对继发抗生素相关性腹泻的疗效比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统汁学意义(P<0.05)。结论微生态制剂酪酸梭菌二联活菌散能降低抗生素相关性腹泻的发生率,对发生抗生素相关性腹泻的治疗也有较好疗效,故推荐婴幼儿患儿进行抗生素治疗的同时,常规使用微生态制剂来防治抗生素相关性腹泻。

Objective To observe the efficacy of Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Live Powders in prevention and treatment of infants with AAD（Antibiotic associated diarrhea）.Method 240 infants with pnemnonia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 120 cases in each group.Both groups were adopted the same antibiotics for treatment,and the treatment group were added Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Live Powders in the same day as admission to hospital,when they suffered from AAD, added Montmorillonite Powder. But the control group were added Montmorillonite Powder when they suffered from AAD.Results There are 25 patients（20.83%）of AAD in treatment group,51 patients（42.50%）in control group（P〈0.01）.In regard to the treatment efficacy of AAD,the treatment group were significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined Clostridium Butyricum and Bifidobacterium Live Powders can reduce the incidence of infants with AAD,it also can treat AAD effectively.Therefore,we recommend for infants with the use of antibiotics adding micro ecological praparatum in preventing and treating antibiotic associated diarrhea.
