摘要
本文探讨了高校新进教师的压力感来源及其与心理健康的关系。采用压力过载量表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表以及旺盛感量表对218名高校新进教师进行调查。结果显示,高校新进教师的压力源是事件负载,但个人易损性是预测其心理健康的有效指标;心理症状主要表现为焦虑;人口统计学变量对其心理健康有一定影响。
The present paper examines the relationship between the sources of sense of stress and mental health of new teachers in universities. New teachers from 218 famous universities were interviewed by questionnaires of"Stress Overload Scale","Depression Anxiety Stress Scales"and"Comprehensive Inventory of Thriving".Analysis showed that event load was the main Source of Sense of Stress and that personal vulnerability significantly predicted new teachers' mental health.
