摘要
教师培训承载了"补课"的任务,承载了4%教育投入目标的实现,承载了城乡教育均衡发展的厚望。面对这样一种难以承载的负荷,教师培训应该重新反思定位其核心目标,这便是激发教师自主学习的动力和行动。在这个目标之下,教师培训应该进一步理清思路,做到完善顶层设计、建立常态思维。
Responsible for the "making up " of education,for the realization of the goal of 4% education investment,and the achievement of the educational balance between the urban the rural,the teachers training should be reconsidered and reoriented its essential aim which should be capable of stimulating teachers' motive to autonomously learn and act. Consequently,we should further make clear of the development vision of teachers' training,do the top level design,and establish an normal mode of meditation.
