摘要
特岗教师在改善农村义务教育教师队伍结构中的作用已逐步显现,但其面临的一些问题亦不容忽视,尤其是在专业发展方面。调查显示,特岗教师在专业发展中面临的主要问题是:专业发展机会较少、条件较差、方式单一,身心疲惫、对未来感到茫然者比例较大,男教师参与专业发展活动的主动性较女教师低。导致这种状况的原因既有政策方面的,亦有学校方面的,更有特岗教师自身方面的。应针对这些问题,考虑其致因,进一步完善"特岗计划",为特岗教师创造良好的专业发展环境,具体措施有:加强管理,建立特岗教师培训专项经费制度;重视发挥校本教研和现代远程教育的作用;调整培训内容,增强特岗教师继续教育的实效性;重视主观能动性,培育特岗教师的自主专业发展意识和能力;引导特岗教师掌握生涯管理策略,帮助其进行自我设计。
In the improving of personnel structure of rural country compulsory education, the special-post teachers have played an important role. However, the problems cannot be overlooked, especially in the professional development of the special-post teachers. The survey shows that the problems for the special-post teachers are: lack of professional development opportunities, poor working conditions and monotony of method. The special-post teachers feel exhausted and not hopeful; male teachers are less initiative in participating the professional development than female ones. The cause are of policies, schools and teachers themselves. Countermeasures: to better the special position program and provide good professional development environment for special-post teachers. Specific measures:to strengthen management and build the system of special training funds;emphasize the role of school-based teaching and research as well as the role of modern distant education; to adjust the training content and enhance the effectiveness of continuing? education; to encourage? subjective? initiative and improve their professional development consciousness and ability; and to instruct them to master career management strategy and help them to perform self-design.
