南方地区荸荠采收现状与发展对策——以贺州市为例

Harvesting Status and Development Countermeasure of Water Chestnut in Southern Region Taking Hezhou City as an Example

荸荠是南方地区重要的特色果蔬农产品,其中广西自治区的荸荠种植面积、产量居全国首位,但采收难一直是制约其快速发展的瓶颈。以贺州市为例,介绍了荸荠的种植情况、收获现状,分析了机械化收获存在的问题以及经济效益和社会效益,提出了荸荠机械化收获的发展对策。

Water chestnut is important characteristic fruits and vegetables agricultural products. Area and production of water chestnut in Guangxi autonomous region rank first in our country. But difficult to harvest always is a bottleneck restricting its rapid development. Taking Hezhou city as an example,planting condition and harvesting status of water chestnut were introduced.Problems of mechanized harvest,economic performance and social benefits were analyzed. Development countermeasures on mechanized harvest of water chestnut were put forward.
