摘要
"彩虹人生"育人平台通过发挥党政领导干部、知名浙商企业家、身边榜样、社会组织和互联网的各方面作用,以政治性、先进性、群众性为指南和标准,全方位、多角度创新高校青年工作,形成了五个可以推广的模式和经验,分别是"政界导师带徒"模式、"浙商导师带徒"模式、"榜样寻找"模式、"志愿服务"模式和"互联网+思政育人"模式,实现了青年主体由"被发展"到"要发展"的转变,工作机制由"短期化"到"长效化"的转变,育人模式由"一招鲜"到"组合拳"的转变。
Rainbow Value Platform takes advantages of the role of government officials,famous Zhejiang merchants,role models,social organizations and the Internet to innovate youth work in all directions in coueges and universities. With the guideline of ideological and political standards,progressiveness and the people first,five education models from different perspectives have been developed,which are replicable and sustainable. With the Political Mentor Model,Merchant Mentor Model,Mutual Learning Model,Volunteer Service Model and Internet plus Ideological and Political Education Model,the youth work can realize the transformation from passive to active development,from short-term to long-term mechanism,from single to system of education patterns.
