摘要
基于"哑铃型"管理模式理论,以塔河油田油管短节采购为例,将非标准化物资的采购管理拓展到从产品生产到使用的全过程,重点加强对产品供应源头和使用现场的管理,弱化中间采购环节的标准管理,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
By adopting dumbbell-shaped management mode in purchasing tubing nipple for Tahe oilfield, the purchasing management of non-standard materials would expand to the whole process from producing to using, focus on strengthening the management for supply and using, weaken standard management of the middle purchasing process, and achieve the remarkable economic and social benefits.
