摘要
目的改进《中国药典》2015年版一部麻黄的含量测定方法。方法采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(含0.1%三乙胺)溶液(2∶98);流速为1.0 mL/min;波长为210 nm。结果盐酸麻黄碱和盐酸伪麻黄碱分别在8.036~80.36μg、7.92~79.20μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为99.9%(RSD%为1.1%)、100.2%(RSD%为1.3%)。结论该方法操作简便、快捷,能有效的改进药典收载的方法。
OBJECTIVE To improve the determination method of Ephedra in 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia.METHODS Use the Agilent Zorbax SB-C18 column.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid( containing 0.1% triethylamine)(2∶98).The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the wavelength was 210 nm.RESULTS Ephedrine hydrochloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride showed good linearship at the range of 8.036-80.36 μg and 7.92-79.20 μg,the recovery rate were 99.9% with RSD of 1.1%,and 100.2% with RSD of 1.3%.CONCLUSION This method is simple,fast,and can improve the method in 2010 Chinese Pharmacopoeia efficiently.
