噻奈普汀与帕罗西汀对抑郁症患者疗效和安全性的系统评价

Systematic review of tianeptine versus paroxetine in treatment for depression

目的系统评价噻奈普汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法计算机检索中国期刊全文数据库、维普全文数据库、万方数据库、Pub Med、Medline、Em Base中关于噻奈普汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的随机对照临床试验(RCT),用Cochrane系统评价的方法进行评价,用Rev Man5.0统计软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入8项研究,共936例患者。Meta分析结果显示,噻奈普汀组患者显效率、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分与帕罗西汀组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);不良反应发生率方面,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论噻奈普汀与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症疗效相当,不良反应少。

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tianeptine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods Retrieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang database,Pub Med,Medline and Em Base,randomized controlled trial（ RCTs） about tianeptine or paroxetine in treatment of depression were collected and evaluated by Cochrane systematic review. Meta- analysis was carried out by Rev Man 5. 0 software.Results Eight studies were included,involving 936 patients. Meta-analysis showed that there was no statistically significant difference on the rates of marked improvement and Hamilton depression scale（ HAMD） between tianeptine and paroxetine（ P〉0. 05）. The incidence of adverse drug reactions in both groups had significant difference（ P〈0. 01）.Conclusion Tianeptine is as effective as and safer than paroxetine in the treatment of depression.
