微小RNA对肿瘤耐药性影响的研究状况 被引量:3

摘要 随着化疗药物的使用,肿瘤耐药成为新挑战。基于微小RNA(microRNA)在表观遗传上对细胞各个信号通路的调控,microRNA在肿瘤耐药性的形成、发展及逆转肿瘤耐药性上的作用逐渐凸显。通过对肿瘤耐药性相关microRNA的研究,可以更好地了解肿瘤耐药性形成的分子机制,同时,逆转相关microRNA的表达水平可能成为改变细胞耐药性的新途径。因此,本文就近年来microRNA在肿瘤耐药性上的研究作一简单综述。 Chemotherapy is one of the primary treatments for malignant tumors,however,the efficacy is often limited by the existence or development of chemoresistance. MicroRNAs recently emerge as a novel class of gene expression modulators by post- transcriptional regulations,including cell proliferation,apoptosis,tumor vessels generation,tumor cell invasion and metastasis,and other physiological and pathological processes. Significant amount of studies showed dysregulation of miRNAs is associated with the initiation and progression of cancers,and abnormal regulation of target genes by microRNA is responsible for tumor chemoresistance. Therefore, the study of microRNA and tumor resistance to chemotherapy has profound practical significance. In this review,we briefly summarized the current development and regulation of tumor drug resistance by microRNA. The potential application of miRNA as a therapeutic target was also discussed.
