Coastal map has great application value and is the basis of 3Dvisualization framework.To improve the visual effect and application efficiency of 3Dvisualization of coastal map,we discuss the goal of constructing a 3Dvisualization framework in terms of mathematic basis and key display elements,and then we design and realize it.
