地下工程建设过程存在较大的不确定性和安全风险,监控量测是施工安全风险控制的重要手段,结合地下工程施工安全管理的实际需求,应有GIS和数据库技术,设计并实现了中铁隧道局地下工程监控量测预警信息管理系统,解决了监控量测信息一体化管理难题,提高了工程安全信息反馈效率。

There are uncertainty and security risk in underground engineering and monitoring measurement is an important means to control security risk in construction process.To meet the actual demand of underground construction safety management,this paper employs GIS and database technology to develop the information management system for monitoring measurement and early warning in underground engineering implemented by Railway Tunnel Bureau.This system solves the problem of integrated information management and improves the feedback efficiency of engineering safety information.
