感传针法治疗膀胱过度活动症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Acupuncture of Propagated Sensation along Channel in Treating Patients with Overactive Bladder

目的:评价感传针法治疗膀胱过度活动症(OAB)的临床疗效。方法:将64例OAB患者随机分为治疗组(33例)和对照组(31例)。治疗组采用感传针法治疗,对照组采用非感传针法治疗,观察周期为1周。评价两组患者的临床疗效,采用膀胱过度活动症问卷调查表(OABSS)评价患者的主要临床症状改善情况,采用生活质量评估表评价患者的生活质量。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组的总有效率分别为72.73%和19.35%,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的OABSS尿频评分、尿急评分、总分及生活质量评分较治疗前均明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组患者的生活质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的OABSS尿急评分、总分及生活质量评分的治疗前后差值均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:感传针法能有效改善OAB患者的排尿症状,提高其生活质量。

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of the acupuncture of propagated sensation along the channel in the treatment of overactive bladder（ OAB）. Methods： Sixty-four patients with OAB were randomly divided into the treatment group（ 33 cases） and the control group（ 31 cases）. The patients in the treatment group were treated by the acupuncture of propagated sensation along the channel and the patients in the control group were treated by the acupuncture of non-propagated sensation along the channel,with a course of one week. The clinical effect was evaluated,the main symptoms were assessed by Overactive Bladder Symptom Score（ OABSS）,and the quality of life was evaluated by Quality of Life（ Qo L） scale. Results：After treatment,the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 72. 73% and 19. 35% respectively,with statistical difference between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. After treatment,the scores of frequent urination and urgent urination and the total scores of OABSS and the scores of Qo L in both groups were significantly decreased（ P 0. 05）,and the scores of Qo L in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）; the D-values between before and after treatment of the urgent urination scores and total scores of OABSS and the scores of Qo L in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： The acupuncture of propagated sensation along the channel can effectively improve the micturition symptoms and enhance the quality of life for patients with OAB.
