黄体酮片治疗泌尿系结石的疗效及安全性分析

Curative effect and safety analysis of progesterone tablets in the treatment of urinary calculus

目的探讨黄体酮片治疗泌尿系统结石的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2014年12月在本院门诊治疗的符合条件的泌尿系统结石患者100例，将患者按随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组，每组各50例。对照组给予体外冲击波碎石、口服盐酸左氧氟沙星分散片消炎和山莨菪碱片解痉止痛等常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上联合口服黄体酮片治疗，比较两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果总有效率治疗组为90％，对照组则为76％，治疗组高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；不良反应发生率治疗组和对照组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论联合黄体酮片治疗泌尿系统结石的疗效确切、安全、可靠，可在临床上推广使用。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of progesterone tablets in the treatment of urinary calculus. Methods 100 eligible patients with ttrinary calculus in outpatient clinic of our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 were selected, and randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 50 cases in each group. Control group received extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy, oral levofloxacin tablets anti-inflammatory, anisodamine tablets relieving spasm and pain and other conventional treatment; treatment group received oral progesterone tablets treatment on the basis. Compared the clinical efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total efficiency of treatment group was 90%, higher than 76% in control group, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between treatment group and control group （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The combined progesterone in the treatment of urinary calculus is effective, safe, reliable, worthy of clinical promotion.
