非编码RNA与脑卒中的研究进展

摘要 人类基因组转录产物约98%由不同类型的非编码RNA(non-codingRNAs,ncRNAs)构成。ncRNAs是一类功能性RNA分子,它不编码蛋白质但能通过不同机制调控编码蛋白基因的表达和功能。非编码RNA包含微小RNA(microRNAs,miRNAs)和长链非编码RNA(10ngnon-codingRNAs,lncRNAs),它们已成为科学研究的新焦点。脑卒中是由于急性脑循环障碍所致的局部性或全面性脑功能缺损综合征,包括缺血性脑卒中和出血性脑卒中。越来越多的证据表明miRNAs和lncRNAs在脑卒中的发生发展中发挥了重要作用,并为脑卒中的预警、诊断预后及防治提供了新思路。本文主要对ncRNAs中的miRNAs和lncRNAs与脑卒中的密切关系及其研究进展进行综述。 98% transcripts of human genome are comprised of various classes of non-coding RNAs (ncRNAs).NcRNAs are functional RNA molecules that are generally not translated into proteins but can actively regulate the expression and function of many thousands of protein-coding genes by different mechanisms. ncRNAs includes microRNAs (miRNAs) and long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs); and they have become a new focus of scientific research. Increasing evidences indicate that miRNAs and lncRNAs play important roles in the occurrence and development of stroke that provide us with some hints for the prediction, diagnosis, prognosis, and clinical treatment of stroke. This review mainly outlines the research advance of the correlation of miRNAs and lncRNAs with stroke.
