白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的效果分析

Albumin-bound taxol for patients with advanced malignancies

目的探讨白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的效果与安全性。方法选取本院2011年1月至2014年12月人院的105例晚期恶性肿瘤患者，按是否给予白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗分为两组。单药化疗组均为采用铂类化疗药治疗的患者，联合化疗组均在铂类化疗药的基础上加用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗的患者，比较两组各类型恶性肿瘤治疗效果与不良反应等。结果联合化疗组治疗总有效率（57．89％）与疾病控制率（98．24％）显著高于单药化疗组（6．25％，56．25），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；联合化疗组患者总体不良反应发生率（75．43%）明显高于单药化疗组（52．08％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论白蛋白结合型紫杉醇治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的效果显著，但存在众多不良反应，应给予对症处理，具有借鉴性。

Objectives To investigate the effect and safety of albumin-bound taxol for patients with advanced malignancies. Methods 105 patients with advanced cance admitted into our hospital from January, 2011 to December, 2014 were retrospectively analyzed and were divided into two groups according to whether treated with albumin-bound taxol. The single-agent chemotherapy group were treated with platinum chemotherapy drugs; and in addition, the combination chemotherapy group were treated with albumin-bound taxol. The treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate and disease control rate were 57.89% and 98.24% in the combination chemotherapy group and were 6.25% and 56.25% in the single-agent chemotherapy group, with statistical differences （P〈0.01）. The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher in the combination chemotherapy group than in the single-agent chemotherapy group （75.43% vs. 52.08%）, with a statistical difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Albumin-bound taxol for advanced malignancies is effective, but has many adverse reactions needing symptomatic treatment. This conclusion has certain significance.
