益母草胶囊联合利凡诺应用于中期引产的价值评价

Motherwort capsule combined with rivanol for midtrimester induction of labor

目的探讨益母草胶囊联合利凡诺注射液在中期妊娠引产中临床治疗效果。方法中期妊娠引产患者共200例，随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，其中观察组110例，对照组90例。观察组采用利凡诺羊膜腔内注射引产，术后给予益母草胶囊口服；对照组采用米非司酮和米索前列醇引产，比较两组患者终止妊娠时间、阴道出血量、胎盘残留量、不良反应发生率。结果观察组终止妊娠时间为（28．2±5．3）h，显著短于对照组的终止妊娠时间（33．4±6．8）h，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组患者阴道出血量为（113．5±37．4）ml，明显小于对照组患者阴道出血量（159．3±49．2）ml，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；观察组胎盘残留量（23．6±11．4）g，显著少于对照组胎盘残留量（27．6±12．7）g，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；观察组VAS评分（6．2±2．7）分，明显小于对照组VAS评分（7．2±3．1）分，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组发生恶心呕吐2例，皮疹、瘙痒2例，不良反应发生率为3．6％；对照组发生恶心呕吐4例，皮肤瘙痒6例，不良反应发生率为11．1％，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论益母草胶囊联合利凡诺用于中期妊娠引产疗效确切，同时具有不良反应发生率低等优点，值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of motherwort capsule combined with rivanol injection for midtrimester induction of labor. Methods 200 women undergoing midtrimester induction of labor were randomly divided into an observation group （n= 110） and a control group （n=90）. The observation group were induced with intra amniotic injection of rivanol and orally took motherwort capsule after surgery and the control group were induced with mifepristone and misoprostol. The pregnancy termination time, vaginal bleeding volume, residual placenta weight, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between these two groups. Results The pregnancy termination time was obviously shorter ant the vaginal bleeding volume, residual placenta weight, and VAS were markdedly lower in the observation group than in the control group [（28.2±5.3） hvs. （33.4±6.8） h, （113.5±37.4） ml vs. （159.3±49.2） m1,（23.6±11.4） g vs. （27.6±12.7） g, and （6.2±2.7） vs. （7.2±3.1）], with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. 2 cases occurred nausea and vomiting and 2 skin rash and pruritus in the observation group and 4 cases got nausea and vomiting and 6 pruritus in the control group, with a statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups （3.6% vs. 11.1%, P〈0.05）. Conclusions Motherwort capsules combined with rivanol for midtrimester induction of labor is curatively effective and has the advantage of low incidence of adverse events and is worth being clinically generalized.
