水杨酸处理对野菊叶片腺毛及樟脑类物质含量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以4个月苗龄的野菊为实验材料,探究其头状腺毛密度在不同叶位的分布情况,并用水杨酸对野菊叶片进行处理,研究其对腺毛密度及腺毛分泌物中樟脑类物质的影响。结果表明:头状腺毛密度的分布规律为:中部叶的头状腺毛密度最大,其次是上部叶和下部叶;单个叶片的下表皮大于上表皮。水杨酸处理并不能起到增加野菊叶片头状腺毛密度的作用。但能够增加腺毛分泌物中樟脑类物质相对总含量,以低浓度0.05%的处理效果最显著;相对含量的动态变化显示在4h达到最大值。 In this paper,with 4-months-old seedings of Dendranthema indicumas experiment materials,we explored the distribution of capitate trichomes density in different leaf positions.We also used salicylic acid to treat with leaves of Dendranthemaindicum,in order to study its effect on trichome density and camphor compounds of trichome exudates.The results showed that the trichome density of cutters is biggest,followed by upper leaves and Lower leaves;In single leaf,the trichome density of lower epidermis is bigger than upper epidermis.Salicylic acid treatment have no effect on increasing the density of capitate trichomes of Dendranthema indicum,but it will increase the relative content of camphor compounds.When the Salicylic acid treatment at a low concentration of 0.05%,the increase is most remarkable,the dynamic of the relative content shows that it reached its maximum at 4h.
