一种新型膨胀节波形检测装置设计

摘要 介绍了一种新型膨胀节波形检测装置的工作原理,设计了膨胀节波形检测装置的主体机械结构,根据检测装置的功能需求及性能指标,确定了以可编程控制器(PLC)为核心的整体控制系统,完成了PLC的I/O点分配及主体程序设计,利用人机交互界面对系统进行状态监控。该装置结构简单,可适应不同高度膨胀节的波形检测,具有较好的推广应用前景。 A new principle of expansion joint detection device is introduced and the main mechanical structure of expansion joint detection device with the mechatronics technology is designed. According to the functional requirements and performance detection,the programmable controller( PLC) is determined as the core of the whole control system,the PLC I / O point distribution is completed and the main program is designed,man- machine interface is used to monitor the system status. The detection device has simple structure and better promotion prospects,which can be adapted to detect waveform expansion joint with different height.
